Pilates is really for
everyone, one to one sessions are tailor-made to
the client, so issues of heath and limitations
are taken into account along with current
fitness levels and body composition, i.e.
height, weight, body fat, body water, muscles
mass, calorie requirements, and nutrition.
I can provide you with the motivation, support
and information you need to make positive
changes in the way you live your life, more so,
how healthy you live your life.
Nutrition and weight
management, is exactly that...its not a diet of
any kind, think of it more as an education on
what we put in our bodies and how our bodies use
the energy the food provides. Once you
understand this you cant help being able to make
the small changes that are needed to assist in
better health, sustained weight loss, promote
muscle growth resulting in a faster metabolism,
more muscle means more calories are being burnt
and excess reserves, such as fat will be broken
down.
With this understanding
of the processes and what goes on in our body
along with a tailored exercise programme, you'll
be on your way to achieving your health and
fitness goals.
After an initial
assessment of your current level of fitness and
goals I will devise a personally tailored
program to help you achieve & maintain your
goals effectively, safely and most importantly
enjoying it!
Personalised workouts incorporate a mixture of
the exercises and use of equipment to enhance
and adapt the workouts for variety and level of
ability.
•Pilates technique training. You will learn mat
work exercises practicing the Pilates method.
•Stability Ball Conditioning & Toning Pilates.
Learn to practice Pilates exercises on a
Stability Ball, challenging your core muscles
and getting a harder workout!
•Resistance Band Training. You can learn to use
resistance bands to assist you on some exercises
while making other exercises more difficult...
•Core Stability & Posture Maintenance. Learn
about your posture and the exercises and
technique which will assist in correcting your
postural imbalances.
•Correct Exercise & Breathing Techniques Pilates
Style. Learn to breath Full, Deep Breaths,
allowing oxygen to flow to you muscles.
•Stretch & Relaxation Cool Down...Learn to fully
relax, take hold and release built up stress and
tension which can result in our bodies becoming
ill and worn out!!
One to one sessions are conducted at your home,
or if agreed at my house. Sessions will last
approximately one hour. Due to my class
timetable running both mornings and evenings
during the week, my schedule for running private
one to one sessions is subject to availability,

Booking Conditions:
If booking a 6 week course, then these MUST be
taken over a consecutive 6 week period otherwise
any unused or cancelled sessions will be lost,
(subject to circumstances). If there is less
than 24 hours notice of cancellation (depending
on circumstances) the full fee will be payable.
